Muovere & Periferia is a collaborative creation workshop that brings together the cast and direction of Muovere Dance Company with urban dance artists from the outskirts of Porto Alegre.

The activity aims to investigate contact zones between different territories, bodies, and aesthetics of dance. It encourages listening, experimentation, and creation practices based on the individual and collective potential of the participants, promoting an exchange of knowledge, methodologies, and experiences.

The workshop proposes a fertile ground for the invention of hybrid and socially implicated choreographic principles, and is open to an interdisciplinary audience interested in marginal dance practices.
