Flying Low

In the 2-hour meeting, Clarice Lima will present the Flying Low dance technique in a theoretical way through a commented and demonstrated presentation, pointing out its origin, development and specificities of the dance practice whose focus is the dancer's relationship with the floor through dynamic choreographic sequences. References and application methods will be presented, pointing out a parallel between Flying Low and Passing Through, both dance techniques created by David Zambrano (Venezuela/Belgium).

Passing Through

During the three meetings, Clarice Lima will use principles of the instant improvisation technique Passing Through to propose a democratic and inclusive dance practice, connecting all participants in the online environment in a dynamic, flexible, complex and unpredictable way.

Coreographic Provocatios

The nature of creation in dance is the process. The Effect produced by Contrast is the device, the proposed trigger. Collateral reactions of the primary movement are some of the provocations of the choreographer and Director Clarice Lima to develop and list choreographic prototypes with the workshop participants. It is a set of procedures for the collection of choreographic material. What can the body imagine?
